Sean McBreen

Sean leads the product team responsible for the Android Toolkit – which includes Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin. The Android Toolkit powers the millions of applications running across all Android form factors and all screen sizes. Prior to Android, Sean was a product leader on the Google Cloud Developer Experience team in addition to several product leadership roles at Microsoft for Visual Studio IDE, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio Code. Sean holds degrees in computer science, accountancy, and information systems, and business administration from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
