Sameer is responsible for Google’s product and design team for Android, as well as product, design and engineering team for Google Play. He joined Google 13 years ago and helped start the Commerce team where he ran the Google Shopping and Google Travel teams. Prior to Google, Sameer founded Mohomine, a software company providing cloud based machine learning tools for text mining and served as CEO and then CTO before the company was acquired by Kofax (KFX).
