Devin leads the integration efforts for signed exchanges, including the Google signed exchange cache, Google Search prefetching, and open source developer tools. He has been a fan of the web ever since he created his first personal web page at age 12 for Netscape 2.0, and has been working on using prefetching to improve web performance since 2015.
